Patient Details:

This 16 year old girl who is 5’ 2” and weighs 140 pound presented with severe neck, back and shoulder pain since age 14. She underwent a bilateral reduction mammaplasty by Dr. Kalus with removal of 525 grams from the right breast and 536 grams from the left breast. She is seen before, and six months after her surgery.
