Patient Details:
This 79 year old woman underwent a left mastectomy for invasive breast carcinoma with direct to implant reconstruction with use of Acellular Dermal Matrix and a smooth silicone gel filled prosthesis. She declined a mastopexy for her right breast since she was pleased with her symmetry in a bra.
