Patient Details:

This 44 year old woman had a history of multiple prior breast biopsies and a recent biopsy of extensive DCIS. She elected to proceed with bilateral mastecotmies and immediate Direct to Final Implant reconstructions with a acellular dermal matrix wrap with her implants subcutaneously placed above the pectoralis muscle. She is seen before, and four months after her surgery.
