Patient Details:

This 67 year old woman underwent bilateral mastectomies and reconstruction many years prior with bilateral TRAM flaps and silicone gel implants for greater volume enhancement. She was displeased with the rippling and contour deformities some years later. She underwent autologous fat grafting and is seen eight months after her revision surgery.
