This 68 year old woman had a prior right lumpectomy and radiation therapy for breast cancer. She requested a one sided left breast reduction to achieve symmetry. She is seen before and one year after her one sided left breast reduction by Dr. Kalus in which he removed 109 grams. She was extremely pleased.
