Patient Details:

This 69 year old woman had prior subglandular breast augmentation many years prior with saline filled implants. She was unhappy with her breast shape and size. Dr. Kalus performed a simultaneous revision augmentation and mastopexy (breast lift) with insertion of 225 cc smooth round moderate profile silicone gel filled implants. She is seen before, and 6 months after her surgery.
