This 25 year old mother of two who nursed both of her children presented with breast asymmetry and ptosis (drooping or sagging) and requested breast enhancement. She underwent a simultaneous breast lift (mastopexy) with removal of 40 grams from the right breast and 20 grams from the left breast, along with augmentation with silicone gel implants by Dr. Kalus and is seen before and one year after her surgery with soft breasts with which she was extremely pleased.
