This 34 year old mother of 2 presented with deflated and sagging breasts and slight asymmetry with which she was very displeased. She underwent a bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) with insertion of 275 cc smooth moderate profile saline implants in the subpectoral position with the right implant filled to 275 cc’s and the left filled to 250 cc’s. She is seen before, and one year after her surgery. She was delighted with her result.
